• Total Investment: from €770,000 (4 new build one-bedroom  bungalows of 50 sg.m living space included).

• Entry Fee: €0

• Royalties: 7% monthly

• Marketing Contribution: 0%

• Minimum Plot Size: 4,000 sq.m (The plot and buildings are included in the €770,000 investment)

• Exclusive Territory: Yes, by agreement

• Associé Term: 5 years, renewable

• Employment relationship
