With Attica Care you can realise your dream of buying a house or flat. You can initially rent a new holiday home from us and buy it later. We offer various options for realisation and, depending on the property, require a down payment of at least EUR 100,000.

The property on offer is always a new build, i.e. first occupation. With hire purchase, you undertake to purchase the property after 60 months when you sign the contract. You can finance the remaining amount via Attica Care at an interest rate of 1.5% p.a., which means you have to borrow a smaller sum and thus save interest.

The process: You as the tenant/buyer and we as the property developer/seller negotiate a rent and a subsequent purchase price for the property. Both these and other agreements are recorded in the hire-purchase contract, which is notarised so that notary fees are also incurred for hire-purchase, which we pay in full. If you decide not to purchase the property after the contract has been concluded, the rent paid up to that point is lost and we as the seller can demand compensation from you, depending on the terms of the contract.
