Our floor plan is a suggestion that can be customised. You plan your floor plan together with our team. Please do not forget to factor in the ancillary building costs. The ancillary building costs amount to approx. 15,000 EUR. The proportionate plot has a size of approx. 300 m² and is already included in the total price.

Our prices are valid for building construction from the floor slab or basement ceiling and include all architectural services. An extension to the living space and a cellar room are available at extra cost.

Here is a brief overview of our services:

– Shell construction with windows and front door – electrical pre-installation – sanitary pre-installation in the walls (without water distributor) – interior/exterior walls thermally insulated and soundproofed – including roof covering – exterior facade completely finished – screed – cast iron stove for an extra charge – electrical installation including necessary meter cupboard and commissioning included in the price – ceilings thermally insulated and soundproofed and closed with gypsum fibre boards – interior window sills including installation – kitchen unit without electrical appliances included. Electrical appliances at extra charge. – Solar heating system from Grammer-Solar (Twinsolar compact 2.0) included in the purchase price – Electricity connection and water as well as telephone connection to utilities, furniture, TV, internet and telephone connection for an extra charge.

– The exterior façade of the house will be finished in natural stone and is included in the purchase price.
